PACIFIC GROVE, Monterey County — October 26, 2026. Pacific Grove residents can plan ahead for the annual holiday tree-lighting event, scheduled Monday, November 30, at 4:30 p.m. in Jewell Park. The city lists this as a public civic event in its 2026–27 special-events calendar.
Families should consult the final late-November program for details about performances, refreshments and any accessibility arrangements. The published schedule does not guarantee a specific entertainer, gift distribution or free refreshments for every attendee, and event times can change. The tree lighting is different from the December 3 Holiday Parade of Lights on Lighthouse Avenue, which is organized by the chamber of commerce, and from Stillwell’s Holiday in the Park on December 5. Keeping those occasions separate is useful to residents planning childcare or travel.
